Ingredients
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (9 inches)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons cider or white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, butter, vinegar and vanilla.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes.
