- Use your favorite recipe for raspberry rhubarb or strawberry rhubarb pie. When mixing the ingredients for the filling toss in a sliced jalapeno pepper or two or three and let the filling heat up while rolling out the crust. Before pouring the filling into the crust, remove the peppers----do not forget this step! Bake according to your recipe. When the pie is completely cool, eat a slice to test your taste buds!
