Ingredients
  • Crust:
  • 1½ cups crushed filled cookies such as oreos or Tagalog girl scout cookies
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 bag Butterfinger bites or 3 butterfinger bars or to taste!
  • Filling:
  • Vanilla ice cream to fill crust; can add 2 scoops of other flavors such as salted caramel gelato
Instructions
  1. Mix melted butter and cookie crumbs and pat into pie pan. Freeze for 30 minutes until firm.
  2. Fill crust with ice cream (s). Freeze until solid, about 30 minutes.
  3. Enjoy!
